INGREDIENTS
4 Glasses of Cold Water (Thandu Pani)
Juice of 2-3 big Lemons (Limbu)
Sugar as required (Khand)
Salt to taste (Mithu)
7-8 Mint leaves (Phudino)
1 teaspoon Chat Masala / Jaljira Masala
PROCEDURE
Take water in a bowl. Add sugar and salt in water. Add lemon juice and stir till sugar is dissolved in it. Now add Chat Masala / Jaljira masala and stir again. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve chilled.
