INGREDIENTS
500 gm of Fresh curd (Dahi)
½ liter cold water
2 teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds (Jeeru)
Salt to taste (Mithu)
5-6 Nos. of Curry leaves (Curry Patta)
PROCEDURE
Blend curd properly, add cold water and again blend it. Add salt, roasted cumin seeds and few curry leave and stir properly and butter milk is ready for serve.
