Ice Gola or Baraf no Godo are not unknown to any of us and as we know, Ice Gola is ice-based summer-dessert made by crushing a Ice cubes. The Ice Gola can be molded in any shape as desired, however these are best available in conical / cylindrical shape / Gola Dish format.
INGREDIENTS
20 Nos. of Ice cubes
10 Tbsp of any flavoured syrup / Rasna / Fruit Juice of your choice
PROCEDURE
In a small metal glass or plastic glass, spoon the finely grated ice and tap well so that the ice gets packed without any gaps. Once the tumbler is full, insert a pop-sicle stick / wooden stick and press around again to make the ice tight and hold the stick. Now gently invert the tumbler and pull out Ice gola holding stick of it and pour your desired Juice/syrup over it. Serve immediately. You can also make ice dish instead of Ice gola with same procedure. |
- You should make this super quick, otherwise the crushed ice will easily melt in this hot summer.
- The syrup / Rasna you pour should be thick enough , otherwise it will easily melt away the crushed ice.
- You can also try with sliced fruits along with Rasna / Syrup to make more enjoyable.
