SERVES 2 Persons
INGREDIENTS
3 cups shredded green cabbage (Kobi)
½ cup fresh corn (Makai)
½ Cup chopped tomatoes (Tameta)
½ Cup Moong Sprouts (Mag na vahida)
¼ Cup of finely Chopped Coriander leaves (Dhana)
3 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lime juice (Limbu)
¼ teaspoon of pepper powdered (Mari powder)
2 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
In a large bown add cabbage, fresh corn, moong sprouts and chopped tomatoes. Now add olive oil, lime juice, pepper powder and salt to it. Mix all ingredients properly by tossing it. Keep aside for 15 minutes so that the flavours blend well. Top with Chopped Coriander leaves before serving.
