INGREDIENTS
2-3 nos. of fresh Cucumbers (Kakadi), grated
5 to 6 nos. of mint leaves (Fudino)
4 to 5 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves (Lila Dhana)
3-4 cups of curd (Dahi)
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds (Jeeru) powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder (Lal Marchu)
salt to taste (Mithu)
PROCEDURE
Firstly beat the curd until it turns smooth and thick. Now add the finely grated cucumber, mint leaves, chopped Coariander leave, cumin seed powder and salt together and mix properly. Keep it in the refrigerator for the cooling effect. Sprinkle little chilli powder before serving.
