INGREDIENTS
7-8 nos. of Almonds (Badam)
7-8 nos. of unsalted Pistachios (Mitha vagar ni pista)
7-8 nos. of cashew nuts (Kaju)
7-8 nos. of golden Raisins (suki draksh)
7-8 nos. of Dates, cut into pieces (Khajur)
7-8 nos dried Figs (Anjir)
3-4 stands of Saffron (kesar)
3-4 cups of fresh Milk (dudh)
sugar as required
GARNISHING
Few dry fruits mentioned above, cut into slices or chop the dry fruits for garnishing.
PROCEDURE
First blend all the dry fruits with a cup of fresh milk, then add sugar and milk and blend again. Now finally add rest of the milk and finely blend to make it soft. Keep it in the refrigerator for the cooling effect and garnish with a few dry fruit slices before serving chilled.
